Licenses Terms

License Terms

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

These License Terms ("License Terms") govern the use of all digital products purchased on Infinite Market ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform") at https://infinitemarket.org. Every digital product listed on Infinite Market is sold under one of two license types: the Regular License or the Extended License.

When you purchase a digital product on Infinite Market, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product under the terms described below. You are not purchasing ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights associated with it. The author (seller) retains full ownership and copyright of their work at all times.

Please read these License Terms carefully before completing any purchase. By purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the applicable license type selected at checkout.

1. Understanding the Two License Types

Infinite Market offers two standard license tiers for all digital products. The key distinction between them is how the end product — the item created using the purchased digital product — is used, distributed, and monetised.

  • The Regular License is for personal use, internal business use, or a single free-to-access end product.
  • The Extended License is for end products that are sold, distributed commercially, or used in high-volume applications.

The applicable license type and its price are displayed on each product's listing page. If you are unsure which license is right for your use case, please contact us at contact@infinitemarket.org before purchasing.

2. Regular License

2.1 What the Regular License Grants

Under the Regular License, you (the "Licensee") are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to:

  • Download and use the purchased digital product for one project or one end use.
  • Use the product in a single personal project, portfolio piece, or internal business application.
  • Use the product in a single end product that is freely accessible to end users at no charge (e.g., a free website, a free app, a free blog, a free social media asset).
  • Modify, adapt, or customise the product to suit your specific project needs, provided the modifications are used within the scope of this license.
  • Use the product for client work, provided the end product is delivered as a single, completed project to a single client and the client does not receive the original source files.

2.2 Regular License — Permitted Uses

  • Designing a single website, app, or digital publication that is free for users to access
  • Creating a logo, branding, or visual identity for a single business or personal project
  • Using a template or design asset in a single social media campaign or marketing material
  • Including the product in a presentation, report, or internal business document
  • Using an audio track or sound effect as background music in a single non-monetised video or podcast
  • Incorporating the product into a single printed item (e.g., a poster, flyer, or business card) that is not sold commercially
  • Using the product for educational purposes in a single course, class, or training material
  • Creating a single prototype or proof-of-concept project

2.3 Regular License — What Is NOT Permitted

  • Selling the end product: You may not use a Regular License product in an end product that is sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise commercially distributed to third parties.
  • Multiple projects: You may not use the same Regular License purchase across multiple separate projects. A new license must be purchased for each new project.
  • Redistribution of original files: You may not resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute the original downloaded files (or any minimally modified version) to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.
  • On-demand products: You may not use the product in a print-on-demand, merchandise-on-demand, or similar service where individual items are produced and sold based on buyer orders (e.g., selling T-shirts, mugs, or posters with the design on them). An Extended License is required for such use.
  • Stock libraries or asset bundles: You may not include the product in a digital asset bundle, stock library, or template collection that is distributed to others.
  • SaaS or software products: You may not use the product as part of a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, software application, or tool that is sold or subscribed to by end users without an Extended License.
  • Broadcasting or streaming for revenue: You may not use the product in content that is monetised through advertising, subscription, or pay-per-view platforms (e.g., YouTube monetisation, Netflix, Spotify) without an Extended License.

2.4 Regular License — End User Limit

The Regular License covers one (1) end user — that is, you or a single client on whose behalf you are creating the end product. The license is not transferable to a third party.

3. Extended License

3.1 What the Extended License Grants

Under the Extended License, you (the "Licensee") are granted all of the rights included in the Regular License, plus the additional right to:

  • Use the purchased product in an end product that is sold, licensed, or commercially distributed to third parties.
  • Use the product in an end product that generates revenue through sales, subscriptions, advertising, or other commercial means.
  • Use the product in print-on-demand or merchandise-on-demand services where individual items are sold to customers (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, posters, stickers).
  • Use the product as part of a software application, SaaS platform, or digital tool that is sold to or used by multiple end users.
  • Use the product in multiple projects of the same type, subject to the limitations described in Section 3.3.
  • Use the product in content that is monetised through advertising, sponsorship, or subscription platforms.
  • Incorporate the product into a printed publication, book, or physical product that is sold commercially.

3.2 Extended License — Permitted Uses

  • Selling merchandise featuring the design (e.g., print-on-demand T-shirts, mugs, posters) through platforms such as Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Etsy, or your own store
  • Including the product in a commercial website template or theme that is sold to multiple clients
  • Using a font or graphic asset in a product that is commercially packaged and sold (e.g., a boxed game, a published book, a commercial product label)
  • Using an audio track in a YouTube video, podcast, or streaming content that is monetised through advertising or subscriptions
  • Using a UI kit or design template in a SaaS product or commercial software application with multiple end users
  • Incorporating the product in a marketing campaign or advertisement that promotes a paid product or service
  • Using the product in an e-learning platform or paid online course that students pay to access
  • Creating multiple end products of the same type using the same Extended License purchase (see Section 3.3 for limits)

3.3 Extended License — What Is NOT Permitted (Even with Extended License)

Even with an Extended License, the following uses remain prohibited:

  • Reselling the original files: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the original purchased files themselves (or any minimally modified version) as a standalone digital product. The product must be incorporated into a substantive end product.
  • Creating a competing marketplace or asset library: You may not incorporate the product into a stock asset library, digital marketplace, or collection of downloadable assets that are sold or distributed to third parties.
  • Unlimited print runs (unless specified): Unless an unlimited print run is explicitly included in the Extended License, the license covers a maximum of 10,000 physical copies of any single printed end product (e.g., 10,000 T-shirts, 10,000 printed posters). For larger runs, please contact us to arrange an appropriate license.
  • Transferring the license: The Extended License is granted to you personally or to your business entity. You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights under the Extended License to any third party.
  • Unlawful or harmful use: You may not use the product in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or is determined by Infinite Market to be harmful, offensive, or contrary to our community standards.

3.4 Extended License — End User Limit

The Extended License covers an unlimited number of end users for the single end product or type of end product for which it is purchased. However, you may not use a single Extended License purchase to create substantially different products for different clients or markets. A separate Extended License must be purchased for each distinct commercial use case.

5. General License Conditions

The following conditions apply to both the Regular License and the Extended License:

5.1 One License Per Project

Unless you hold an Extended License that explicitly permits multiple projects, each license purchase covers a single project or end use. A separate license must be purchased for each additional project, client, or use case.

5.2 No Redistribution of Original Files

Under no circumstances may you redistribute, resell, share, upload, or make available the original downloaded files — or any version that is not substantially transformed into a unique end product — to any third party, whether for free or for payment. This includes but is not limited to sharing on file-sharing platforms, forums, social media, or via email.

5.3 Attribution

Attribution to the original author is not required under either license type, unless the product's listing page explicitly states otherwise. However, we encourage buyers to credit authors where possible as a gesture of support for independent creators.

5.4 Modifications

You may modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the purchased product for the purpose of creating your licensed end product. Any modifications are subject to the same license restrictions as the original product. Modified versions of the product may not be redistributed as standalone files.

5.5 Moral Rights

Authors of products sold on Infinite Market retain their moral rights, including the right of integrity. You may not use any product in a context that is defamatory, pornographic, unlawful, or in any way that damages the reputation or integrity of the original author.

5.6 No Exclusivity

All licenses granted on Infinite Market are non-exclusive. The same product may be sold to and used by multiple buyers simultaneously. If you require exclusive use of a product (i.e., the product is taken off sale after your purchase), please contact the author directly to discuss an exclusive licensing arrangement.

5.7 Perpetual License

All licenses purchased on Infinite Market are perpetual — that is, they do not expire after a set period. However, your license may be revoked if you are found to be in violation of these License Terms, as described in Section 8.

5.8 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These License Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these License Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

6. Author-Specific License Terms

Individual product authors may specify additional, more restrictive license terms for their specific products, provided such terms do not contradict or undermine these Platform-wide License Terms. Any author-specific license terms will be clearly displayed on the relevant product listing page. In the event of any conflict between author-specific terms and these Platform-wide License Terms, the more restrictive of the two shall apply.

Authors may not, however, offer license terms that are more permissive than the Extended License described in these License Terms without prior written approval from Infinite Market.

7. License Verification

Upon purchase, your license details — including the product name, license type, purchase date, and transaction ID — will be included in your order confirmation and available in your account's purchase history. We recommend retaining a copy of your license details for your records, particularly if you are using the product for commercial purposes.

If you are ever asked to verify that you hold a valid license for a product (e.g., by a client, platform, or regulatory authority), your purchase receipt and order confirmation from Infinite Market serve as proof of your license. For additional verification, please contact us at contact@infinitemarket.org.

8. License Revocation

Infinite Market and/or the product author reserve the right to revoke your license if:

  • You are found to be using the product outside the scope of the license purchased.
  • You redistribute or resell the original product files in violation of these License Terms.
  • You use the product in a manner that infringes upon third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
  • You breach any other provision of these License Terms, our Terms of Use, or Author Terms.

Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in your possession. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All digital products on Infinite Market are provided by independent authors and are sold "as is." Infinite Market does not warrant that any product will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Market disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to digital products sold on the Platform. Your use of any product is at your own risk.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a Regular License product for a client project?

Yes, you may use a Regular License product for a single client project, provided the end product is delivered as a completed, single project and the client does not receive the original source files. If you are creating the same type of product for multiple clients using the same asset, you will need to purchase a new Regular License for each client project, or consider an Extended License.

Do I need an Extended License to sell print-on-demand products?

Yes. If you intend to use a purchased design in a print-on-demand setup — for example, selling T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, or posters featuring the design — you must purchase an Extended License. A Regular License does not cover commercial merchandise sales.

Can I use one license for multiple websites I own?

Under a Regular License, one license covers one website or project. If you want to use the same product across multiple websites or projects, you will need to purchase a separate Regular License for each, or an Extended License if commercial distribution is involved.

Can I use a product in a YouTube video?

For non-monetised YouTube videos (personal channel with no ad revenue), a Regular License is sufficient. If your channel is monetised through ads, memberships, or sponsorships, you will need an Extended License for any audio, video, or graphic assets used.

Can I use an audio track purchased under a Regular License in my podcast?

If your podcast is free to listen to and not monetised, a Regular License is sufficient. If your podcast is available behind a paid subscription or generates revenue through advertising, an Extended License is required.

Can I share the downloaded files with my team?

Yes, you may share the product files internally with team members who are working on the same licensed project. However, you may not share the files with external parties, clients, or contractors who are not directly working on your licensed project under your supervision.
